If you are considering this and the Ogio No Drag Mach series “turtle shell” backpacks, the most comparable in physical size and dimensions is the OGIO Mach 3S LE.

Design

There is no other backpack that looks like this out there. It is unique to Point 65.

Chest Strap — Connects in the middle. Adjustable, can slide up and down. Not removable.

Waist Strap — 2″ thick and connects in the middle. Adjustable. Removable.

Interior

There are a lot of interior organization pockets.

Pockets and Organization

Hydration Reservoir Slot — Fits a 2L hydration bladder. Hydration bladder is sold separately.

Laptop Slot — To test what would fit, a 15″ MacBook Air, 15″ MacBook Pro, and a 16″ Samsung Laptop fit into the slot easily. It has a velcro to secure it from sliding out of place.

The backpack is comfortable and feels like you are wearing a protective shield on your back. It sits flush on your back and once you get on the road, you hardly notice it is there.

This backpack retails at $379.99. If you live in Los Angeles, at 10%, that will run approximately $417.98—quite a bit to invest in for a backpack, especially if there aren’t that many reviews out there on it. Most people will likely purchase this backpack on a personal recommendation or for a heavy importance on protective gear. Looking at Amazon this backpack has 12 reviews at 4.2 out of 5 stars. At Revzilla, it has only 1 review at 5.0 out of 5 stars. So while there aren’t a lot of reviews, the ones who review it have great things to say.

Who Should Buy The Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L Backpack

CE Protection – This is the only backpack on the market that has an approved level 2 CE certification. The spine protection certification and requirements are only valid in CE and TUV acknowledging countries. The certificate does not apply to the United States market. For those who do not know, CE is a European safety rating, which is generally higher than the United States standards.

Adventure Athletes – If you prefer to travel in a tucked position at higher speeds, it will work. If you enjoy hiking, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, or any activity where you could hurt your back…this is a solid backpack.

Money to Spare — Maybe you just have extra money and want to collect a unique backpack. This will do the job.

Who Should Not Buy The Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L Backpack

Commuters and Students — While you can fit a change of clothes and some basic on the go necessities, this has limited storage space for extra books and study materials. You will not be able to fit more than a light change of clothes and your laptop. Plus, it is heavy all by itself, so add on the extra weight of your belongings, it will put some serious strain on your back. As a test, we wore it for about an hour with a 15″ MacBook Air walking around Target to see how it would feel afterwards. It felt secure and required little to no effort to keep on back. However, if you’re walking around a full day on campus, it’s not really the ideal pack.

Final Thoughts on Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L Backpack

To recap, the Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L is the smaller of two sizes in Point 65’s top of the line GTX product line. Instead of the bungee closure system at the top seen in the GT model, it has a ratchet clip system.

The backpack is focused on offering CE safety in addition to any armored gear you are already wearing. It is aerodynamic, comfortable, fits securely and feels like a turtle shell. Your helmet may hit the top of the backpack at times in full tuck, however, it can easily be avoided by being mindful. In addition, it looks super cool and unique.

Where To Buy Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L Backpack

It is sold new at Amazon.com for as low as $250 and also at Revzilla for full retail price of $379.99. In addition, get free shipping thru Amazon Prime. Comparatively, the price is much less at Amazon. You can also take advantage of grabbing some ZillaCash at Revzilla.com if you purchase there. We have seen the price fluctuate quite a bit, leaning more towards price increases. So if you see a backpack on the lower end of pricing, definitely pick it up as it could easily be $100 more the very next day.

Similar to the OGIO No Drag Mach series, these backpacks are quite expensive. While you will be able to hold a decent amount of personal belongings inside, the product is engineered with an emphasis on safety.

Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack Review

Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack Review

Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack

Intro:

Today’s review is about the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack. This motorcycle backpack is famously only $34.97 from Walmart.

In this article, we will tell you about the features, specs, and what people are saying about the sissy bar backpack. We will also help you get the best price for this product.

If you are researching motorcycle backpacks, we will help you discover if this is the best choice or if there is an alternative that would better suit your needs.

If you’ve landed on this page and are looking for the best way to buy the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack, go straight to Walmart.com here for the best price.

OVERVIEW:

We will start by telling you about the features of the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack. In addition, we will give you and overview of each one and why it makes the backpack unique. We will also have a look at any standout features and give you our verdict.

Size and Specs

Size: 34.9L (2133 cu.In.)

Dimensions: 20.5″ x 11.4″ x 5.9″

Weight: 2.81 Lbs / 1.27 Kg

Material: PU Shell, 420D Poly

Laptop Sleeve: No

Interior Organization Pockets: No

Waterproof: No

Water Resistant: Yes

Chest / Sternum Strap: Yes

Waist Strap: No

Design

This is a solid backpack. It is a top load design with a roll-top closure and zipper. Overall, it’s pretty much a top-load duffel bag designed for a motorcycle rider.

Chest Strap — Connects in the middle, adjustable.

Interior

There are several organization pockets with velcro covers built into the “lid” of the backpack. These are pretty cool considering the design of the backpack.

Pockets and Organization

Top Lid Organization Pockets — One large zippered pocket with key clip. Two velcro pockets

Two Side Pockets — The two side pockets hold canned and bottled beverages securely.

Large Cargo Area — The cargo area is super generous. It will hold several boxes of takeout food, stacked vertically with ease. This is not necessarily the recommended use for the backpack, we have tested it with a large order of chinese fast food for 6 people, and also with Inn and Out. When packing for a weekender trip, it easily fit several days of clothing, toiletries, snacks and pretty much everything you would need if you were to head out for a few days.

How It Feels

The backpack sits well on your back. If you pull the shoulder straps to tighten the backpack to your body, the top will be way too high. This will cause the backpack to literally push the back of your helmet and your face downward toward the floor. Totally dangerous. So keep it looser and it will still sit on your back securely.

Key Features:

  • Color: Black
  • Made from Weather Defense water resistant fabric
  • Easily slides onto standard motorcycle sissy bar/back rest (back pad may need to be removed)
  • Internal and external straps tighten to secure bag to sissy bar/back rest.
  • Two side compression straps balance packed gear
  • Accessory organizer on top flap interior.
  • 2 side mesh pockets
  • Roll top closure
  • All purpose front carry handle
  • Lifetime Guarantee: Ride with confidence! Fieldline® is committed to providing you with high-quality back packs, duffles and lifestyle accessories built to last a lifetime. Every item the company makes is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product.

Overall Customer Experience

Thanks for reading our review so far, if you want to check out the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack with the best prices and super fast delivery click here go through to Walmart.com

Looking at Walmart this backpack has 31 reviews at 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Who Should Buy The Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack

Bikes with Sissy Bar — This backpack is designed to work perfectly on a sissy bar.

Practical — This is a super practical backpack. It is well-made, durable and very useful. While it is ideal to use this backpack on your sissy bar, it works well on your back as well. Around town: quick trips, errands, groceries, etc. Rides: weekender trips, potential one week trip.

Commuters — This bag will fit a few days worth of stuff in it. However, if you need to carry a change of clothes, shoes, laptop, and additional items, there is plenty of storage. The design of the backpack will sit super securely on your sissy bar. If you don’t mind carrying the weight, it will sit on your back well.

Who Should Not Buy The Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack

Sport Riders — This backpack is long and large. It will definitely keep your contents in the bag through its double closure system with roll-top and zipper. So you won’t have to worry about anything falling out in full tuck. However, it isn’t very aerodynamic and will likely hit the back of your helmet when you tuck. This has been tested on a Ninja 1000 and Z400 in upright riding position. When in full tuck, depending on what is in the backpack, you run the risk of the backpack hitting your helmet. In most cases, the backpack will not cause a problem if used in upright position and looser with shoulder straps.

Final Thoughts on Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack

To recap, the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack is an awesome backpack. For some riders, saddle bags are too much, and a tail bag is too small. So the sissy bar backpack is a great middle of the road option. Plus, decent quality saddle bags and tail bags can cost $150+. If you have shopped for a premium brand in motorcycle specific backpacks, you will know that the prices easily average $120+.

This backpack is super economical and effective. At night, the two reflective strips on the back are easily visible and catch the attention of your eyes. In addition, the backpack comes with a lifetime warranty. If you want extra cargo space that will come in a form that will transport securely and load easily for an amazing price, this is the winner. For $35, you can’t go wrong with this backpack.

Where To Buy Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack

It is sold at Walmart online and in-store. It is only $34.97, so this is definitely going to be on at the top of our best value backpacks list for a long time!

IKEA and Target Run Approved!

So I found myself needing table legs for an IKEA table I had at home. I also needed a foldable stool in the same day. Of course, like any dedicated rider, I went to go grab them in person to see if I could complete my mission with the Fieldline Motorcycle Backpack from Walmart…

27″ Table Legs — check!

24″ Folding Stool — Got it!

At 20.5″, the backpack was tall enough to hold both securely and comfortably. Since it has a roll top closure that extends vertically, both items were accommodated easily. The ends of the table legs and the folding stool were barely extended out beyond the top of the backpack. On my back, my ride home was comfortable and smooth. Was able to keep up with and pass traffic with no problems. Super convenient!

Ogio Mach 1 Backpack Review

Ogio Mach 1 Backpack Review

Ogio Mach 1 Backpack

Intro:

Today’s review is about the Ogio Mach 1 Backpack. This motorcycle backpack is part of their “No Drag” series, designed to be aerodynamic.

In this article, we will tell you about the features, specs, and what people are saying about the no drag backpack. We will also help you get the best price for this product.

If you are researching motorcycle backpacks, we will help you discover if this is the best choice or if there is an alternative that would better suit your needs.

If you’ve landed on this page and are looking for the best way to buy the Ogio Mach 1 Backpack, go straight to Amazon.com here for the best price.

OVERVIEW:

We will start by telling you about the features of the OGIO Mach 1 Backpack. In addition, we will give you and overview of each one and why it makes the backpack unique. We will also have a look at any standout features and give you our verdict.

Size and Specs

Size: 22L (1350 Cu.In.)

Dimensions: 19″ H x 12.5″ W x 6.5″ D.

Weight: 1.0 Lbs / 0.45 Kg

Material: PU Shell, 420D Poly

Waterproof: No

Hydration Sleeve: Yes

Laptop Sleeve: Yes

Helmet Strap: No

This entry level backpack in the OGIO “no drag” series is the same dimensions as the OGIO Mach 3. In addition, it is 1″ taller in height in comparison to the OGIO Mach 3S LE.

Design

This is a great looking backpack. The outer shell is a streamlined single shot mold. So this simply means that it is made of one piece, so you don’t have to worry about any weak points in the shell construction.

Chest Strap — Connects in the middle, adjustable with velcro straps on either side. You can raise it higher or lower. It is removable.

Waist Strap — Connects toward the right side of your waist instead of the middle. A little bit of a nuisance for some who are unable to easily reach to clip it in. While it would be easier to clip the waist strap in the middle, it was designed to clip on the right so that you don’t scratch your tank. There is a function to the madness. Thank you very much.

Interior

The interior organization pockets is super minimal in this backpack. Which is a complaint for some, however, keeps things super minimal and clean for the right users.

Pockets and Organization

Hydration Reservoir Slot fits a 2L hydration bladder comfortably. The ideal size for this backpack is a 2L hydration reservoir. Also note that the hydration bladder is sold separately.

Laptop Slot — The manufacturer specifies that the laptop slot can hold up to 15″ laptop. In a test, a 15″ MacBook Air, 15″ MacBook Pro, and a 16″ Samsung Laptop fit into the slot easily. It has a velcro to secure it from sliding out of place as well.

Two Mesh Pockets — These are a complaint for some, because there is no zipper. However, you can easily carry your house keys, a passport, wallet, and phone in these pouches. We test rode it on the highway for about 20 minutes, went for a Target run, and everything was in place when we got back on our bikes.

Open Compartment for Cargo — The cargo area is modest and will carry a change of clothes, electronics chargers, and even have room for some groceries.

How It Feels

The backpack literally feels part of you. Like its name, there is “no drag” or wind buffeting coming from the backpack.

Aerodynamics — It feels aerodynamic from upright to full tuck. We have tested it up to 140 MPH, and did not even notice that the backpack was on. The shoulder gasket conforms to the body to increase aerodynamics.

Ergonomics — The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable based on the rider’s preferences. No quick release buckle as seen in higher models. In addition, there is a helmet “cut out” (more like a subtle indentation) at the top of the backpack. So when you happen to look up or are in a full tuck… your helmet won’t hit the backpack or have any movement limited.

Key Features:

  • Streamlined single shot molded exterior is water resistant and will not deform from wind shear. Shoulder gasket conforms to body and increases aerodynamics.
  • Removable off center hip belt won’t scratch gas tank. Large main compartment with multiple interior storage compartments. Interior organizer panel.
  • Ergonomic, padded and fully adjustable riding specific shoulder straps. Concealed aerodynamic carry handle. Fully adjustable and removable no slip sternum strap.
  • Interior padded laptop sleeve with elastic closure fits most 15″ laptops. Padded iPad/tablet/e-reader sleeve. Hydration ready.
  • Custom Ogio logo and trims. Dimensions: 19″ H x 12.5″ W x 6.5″ D. Weight: 1 Lbs. Capacity: 22L/1350 Cubic Inches

Overall Customer Experience

Thanks for reading our review so far, if you want to check out the OGIO Mach 1 Backpack with the best prices and super fast delivery click here go through to Amazon.com

Looking at Amazon this backpack has 185 reviews at 4.3 out of 5 stars. At Revzilla, it has 18 reviews at 4.4 out of 5 stars, so the average opinion is similar.

Who Should Buy The OGIO Mach 1 Backpack

Durability – If you are deciding between the Mach 1 or a higher model, the materials on this backpack are “cheaper”, and will not scratch like the “nicer” plastic shells the Mach 3 or Mach 5 are made from. Definitely a low maintenance backpack.

Speed – If you prefer to travel in a tucked position at higher speeds, this backpack was designed for that function.

Who Should Not Buy The OGIO Mach 1 Backpack

Commuters and Students — While you can fit a change of clothes and some basic on the go necessities, this is a no frills backpack. You won’t be able to organize your books, notebooks, pens, etc. very well. So unless the only thing you are transporting is a laptop and a few personal items, you should not get this backpack.

Final Thoughts on OGIO Mach 1 Backpack

To recap, the Mach 1 is the entry level backpack in the OGIO No Drag Mach series. Basic features, aerodynamic and still stylish. The Mach 1 is actually close in size to the Mach 3, with the primary difference being that the interior of the Mach 3 has more features in the organization compartments.

While some may be put off by the “cheaper” materials, it actually may be a better choice for many due to the fact that the exterior shell won’t “scratch” as easily. So while the surface of the Mach 3 and higher models have a metal OGIO logo and “nicer” shells, one complaint is that they can easily scuff, which detracts from the looks of the backpack.

Where To Buy Ogio No Drag Mach 1 Backpack

It is sold new at Amazon.com for around $120 and also at Ogio for full retail price of $129.99. In addition, get free shipping thru Amazon Prime. Comparatively, the price is much less at Amazon. You can also take advantage of grabbing some ZillaCash at Revzilla.com if you purchase there. While it is simple in terms of interior storage features, it is a great backpack and is quite durable due to the materials.

Manufacturers Co-Brand with Ogio

For those of you who are fans of the “turtle shell” design of the backpack, you may also recognize the no drag backpack design in different branding. Examples include the Italian racing brand Dainese with their D-Mach backpack (aka the Ogio No Drag Mach 5 with the Dainese logo and branding). You will also see the design in the Yamaha No Drag Ogio Backpack (also the Mach 5 with Yamaha’s logo and colors).

So Ogio is certainly a gold standard in the industry for street backpacks with race style. Another popular product that works better for some is Point 65 Boblbee GTX 20L. Both are excellent motorcycle backpacks.

Read our Ogio No Drag Mach 1 vs Point 65 Boblbee comparison.

EXTRA:

TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack

TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack

INTRO:

Today’s review is about the TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack. This isn’t a motorcycle specific backpack, but it functions really well as a backpack for groceries shopping, picnics, or beach trips. They carry quite a bit of food and beverages and sits snug on your back.

In this article, we will tell you about the features, specs, and what people are saying about the backpack. We will also help you get the best price for this product.

If you are researching motorcycle backpacks, we will help you discover if this is the best choice or if there is an alternative that would better suit your needs.

If you’ve landed on this page and are looking for the best way to buy the TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack, go straight to Amazon.com here for the best price.

AMAZON BANNER

OVERVIEW:

We will start by telling you about the features of the TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack. In addition, we will give you and overview of each one and why it makes the backpack unique. We will also have a look at any standout features and give you our verdict.

Size and Specs

Size: 26L (1632 Cu.In.)

Dimensions: 17″ H x 12” W x 8” D

Weight: 0.5 Lbs

Material: TPU+Food Grade EPE Foam+PEVA

Waterproof: Yes

Design

This backpack’s outer material is super durable and easy to clean. The outer shell is a TPU material that is environmentally friendly.

Top Load — Contents can be loaded easily from the top with a secure zipper fastening all the way around to secure the contents.

Organization Pocket — This pocket has various pockets to organize your belongings, including pen holders and a zippered pocket to keep cash and small items secure.

Interior

The interior lining is insulated and leak proof. It does a great job of keeping beverages cool for a few hours. If you include ice packs, you it will keep the items inside for up to 16 hours.

Capacity — It can hold 30 cans or two decently sized grocery bags. I have taken this thing shopping at the grocery store for produce and ended up loading it with about 20 lbs of fruits and vegetables and two bags fit into it one on top of the other easily. Riding home with it on my back was a breeze.

How It Feels

The backpack feels small and lightweight. When it is full, it doesn’t “pull” at you or make you feel like there is something hanging off of your back. This is despite the fact that it does not have a sternum strap or waist strap.

Aerodynamics — Again, while this backpack isn’t made for motorcycle riding or going at high speeds, when in use in town, it doesn’t give me a parachuting effect. Depending on if you’re on a local arterial that has faster speeds, 50-55 mph can be reached easily. This backpack won’t cause any problems. However, if you live in a windy area or if it is a particularly windy day, you may want to be mindful that the backpack will pull you a little bit if it is empty riding in wind speeds over 10mph. At that point, you and your bike will likely be blown about a bit as well.

Ergonomics — The backpack is small and simple. It doesn’t have any ergonomic specific features. However, the shoulder straps are padded and comfortable.

Key Features:

  • TPU Material: Food Grade Environmentally Friendly Material
  • LEAK-PROOF COOLER BACKPACK: High-Density insulation foam and the leak-proof liner
  • LARGE CAPACITY BACKPACK COOLER: Deep main cooler compartment holds 30 cans
  • FUNCTIONAL POCKETS: 1 main cooler compartment roomy, easy access to load items. 1 large front zipper pocket with mesh, make your dry items organized. 1 zipper pocket on the lid. 2 side mesh pockets for water bottle or small umbrella
  • COMFY AND STURDY: Comfortable airflow back design with thick ventilated padding, gives good back support. Breathable and adjustable shoulder straps relieve the stress of shoulder. Stylish and sturdy backpack for day trip, theme park, road/ beach trips and hiking
  • 24-MONTH WARRANTY SERVICE: Cooler Backpacks have a 24-Month warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the backpack cooler will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If there is any problem with the product, just email manufacturer, and you will get a full refund or replacement

The main reason we selected this backpack for our list was for its durability, materials, and ease of maintenance.

Who Should Buy The TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack

Food – If you enjoy eating on the go. Whether you’re hiking, going for a picnic or just grabbing some take out, it is a great way to keep your food cool or warm. In addition, you will be transporting it safely to your destination to eat.

Durable — If you want a backpack that won’t fall apart and is easy to clean. Perhaps you have children, or own a mobile baked goods business, this backpack will prove itself to stand the test of time and use.

Who Should Not Buy The TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack

Professional Food Delivery – It is not large enough to carry more than one order at a time. If it happens to be a large order, you will have a hard time fitting it into the backpack.

Commuters – This backpack is designed to keep food/beverages cool or warm. While it will fit a change of clothes and a pair of shoes in it, there are better choices than this backpack.

Sport Bike Riders — If your backpack is full of food or beverages and you are tucking, the weight shift around on your back affecting your ride. In addition, if you want the contents to stay relatively stable, moving between full tuck and upright may shake up the contents of your pack.

Final Thoughts on TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack

To recap, the TourIt Cooler TPU Backpack is a great waterproof backpack that is made of food grade environmentally friendly materials. It is ideal for transporting food and/or beverages for a picnic or outing like hiking. In addition, you are able to carry personal items like sunglasses, wallet, keys and some extra cash in the organization pockets. .

It is the perfect backpack for take out, groceries, or day trip where you are bringing food and beverage.

OVERVIEW:

We will start by telling you about the features of the OGIO Mach 3S LE Backpack. In addition, we will give you and overview of each one and why it makes the backpack unique. We will also have a look at any standout features and give you our verdict.

Size and Specs

Size: 14.5L (885 Cu.In.)

Weight: 2.6 Lbs / 1.25 Kg

Waterproof: No

This backpack is 1″ shorter in height in comparison to the Ogio Mach 1, the entry level backpack in the No Drag series.

While it would be easier to clip the waist strap in the middle, it was designed to clip on the right so that you don’t scratch your tank. There is a function to the madness. Thank you very much.

Electronics Compartment — This pocket is on the outside and is fleece-lined. It is small though. It will fit an iPhone 11 with no case around it.

Interior

Organization is one of the strong selling points for the Ogio brand. Afterall, OGIO means Our Gear Is Organized. The interior features a nice bright red with two holders for your shoes. Personally, I like to put a few energy drinks in those spaces. I know, they’re “not good for you” and all that good stuff, but hey, I try to enjoy them in moderation.

Pockets and Organization

Hydration Reservoir Slot fits a 2L hydration bladder comfortably. The ideal size for this backpack is a 1L hydration reservoir. Also note that the hydration bladder is sold separately.

Laptop Slot — The manufacturer specifies that the laptop slot can hold up to 13″ laptop. However, I feel that it could easily fit a 16” laptop as well. My MacBook Air 15” fit just fine with extra room to spare. It has a velcro to secure it from sliding out of place as well.

Tablet Slot — In addition to the Laptop Slot, there is a pocket for a tablet as well. If you do not want to use it for a tablet, it’s simply another pocket you can put things in.

Open Compartment for Cargo — For the size, the cargo area is spacious and has enough room for a small bag of groceries (a steak, carrots, and potatoes). At the time of posting this review, it is late November in Los Angeles. So I like to use the space for an extra visor, my jacket liner, balaclava, and reserve the remaining space for any snacks or items from light errands I run.

Organization Pockets for Cash and Pens — There is a zippered pocket, so you could keep a little cash there. Alternatively, it’s a great spot for little knickknacks or parts you don’t want to lose track of. And of course, plenty of slots to hold your pens in case you ever need to jot anything down.

How It Feels

The backpack literally feels part of you. Like its name, there is “no drag” or wind buffeting coming from the backpack.

Aerodynamics — It feels aerodynamic from upright to full tuck. We have tested it up to 120 MPH, and did not even notice that the backpack was on. The shoulder gasket conforms to the body to increase aerodynamics.

Ergonomics — The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable based on the rider’s preferences. Each strap also features a quick release buckle. In addition, there is a helmet “cut out” (more like a subtle indentation) at the top of the backpack. So when you happen to look up or are in a full tuck… that’s right, the back of your helmet won’t catch or hit the backpack!

Overall Customer Experience

Looking at Amazon this product doesn’t have any reviews because it’s so new, you will actually be lucky to find the backpack via the search bar. At the time of writing this article, it took some time to find it.

However, it is based on the Ogio No Drag Mach 3, just 15% smaller. The Mach 3 is the most popular model of the three in the No Drag “turtle shell” backpack line.

Who Should Buy The Mach 3S

Mach 1 vs Mach 3 Shoppers – If you’re in between the Mach 1 and the Mach 3 in terms of size and features. This backpack has all the nicer features the mach 3 has to offer with a slightly smaller size.

Visibility – If you like having more than just black, this is the only one with a pop of color. It has a decent level of reflectivity at night as well.

Light – If you prefer to travel light and keep things minimalistic.

Speed – If you prefer to travel in a tucked position at higher speeds, this backpack was designed for that function.

Who Should Not Buy The Ogio Mach 3S LE Backpack

Small – Not ideal for larger riders around the waist. While in most cases, it won’t pose an issue in the chest area, the waist was too tight for riders with a larger belly. It simply won’t fit or feel comfortable. The waist strap’s full length is about 27″. The width of the backpack is 12.5″. So together, that measures 39.5″. Conservatively speaking, if your waist area with gear on is more than 36″ it will likely feel too tight, as you would want room to move on your bike. In addition, if you’re wearing an airbag vest, you will also need slight room for any unanticipated deployment. Big shoes like size 12+ will not fit in the backpack.

Storage Space – It also doesn’t carry very much, so not great for commuters in terms of carrying an extra change of clothes and shoes.

Uncomfortable with Cargo – Filling with laptop and a change of clothes makes the back bulge. Books and electronic devices don’t conform to the shell. Even when packed lightly to help, the pack still has a hard time closing with only clothes inside. Definitely made for the function of aerodynamics with minimal items to carry.

Final Thoughts on Ogio Mach 3S LE Backpack

To recap, the Mach S3 LE is a smaller version of the Ogio Mach 3. Full featured, aerodynamic and stylish, the Mach S3 LE proves good things come in small packages.

Also, is 2.6 lbs empty with plenty of room for short trips or simply joy riding. In addition, it looks and feels great. Just don’t put too much stuff in it, it wasn’t designed to carry a lot.

Where To Buy Ogio Mach 3S LE Backpack

It is sold new at Amazon.com for only $120 and also at Ogio for full retail price of $149.99. In addition, get free shipping thru Amazon Prime. Comparatively, the price is much less at Amazon. It is a premium product with great features for those looking for a bit of storage and no drag when riding.

Both are excellent premium motorcycle backpacks.
